Each programme offers a different level of support and contact, so we can find what works best for you. You’ll begin by completing an online health questionnaire and a 7-day food diary, which helps me understand how you eat in real life. You’ll also have access to a secure app, where you can view your plan and stay in touch with me throughout your programme.
