Let me help you regain energy and vitality and manage your menopausal symptoms so you can become the woman you were meant to be.

 

After being diagnosed with endometriosis I was determined to find a way to naturally rebalance my hormones. I made some simple changes to my diet and lifestyle I experienced how powerful nutrition can be. This prompted me to re-train as a nutritional therapist. As a weight loss and female hormone nutrition expert I work with busy women in their 40s and 50s who want to lose weight, get more energy and balance their hormones.

I do this through providing tailored food and lifestyle recommendations focused on your individual health goals, tastes and preferences. I support this through guidance, coaching and accountability monitoring. As a result, my clients can feel replenished, reclaim their femininity and stop feeling like their living in someone else's body.
